Policies for Friends of Metro Dance

Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund and exchange requests will be accepted until ticket sales close. No refunds after ticket sales close. Same-day seat exchange requests may be taken at the ticket table in the lobby 30 minutes prior to the performance and are subject to seat availability.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Friends of Metro Dance). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
